★★★★★
Mellesa has been so wonderful to work with over the past 2 weeks. She always gave different options for methods to help with sleep. I loved that she understood that not all babies will react to the same method or intervention. With her thorough intake form, call and questions, she got to know my daughter’s sleep habits very well! When one method wasn’t working, she was quick to pivot and offer other suggestions. Mellesa’s communication was prompt, informative and caring. I loved having sleep advice just a message away!

A State of Safety, Cultivated with Calm, Connection, Consistency & Patience

My Philosophy

At Hush & Bloom, I believe better sleep doesn't have to come at the expense of connection.
My approach is gentle, responsive, and rooted in evidence-based sleep science, child development, and attachment. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, we look at your child's temperament, development, sleep needs, and your family's values to create a plan that feels realistic and sustainable.
Because your child doesn't need to be left to cry to learn to sleep—and you don't have to choose between better sleep and connection.
We start by helping everyone feel safe and settled. True rest begins when both you and your baby feel peaceful from the inside out.
As a parent navigating life with both an infant and a toddler, I have lived the cycle of exhaustion. My transition into this field was born from seeing how evidence-led, responsive sleep techniques revolutionized our home's well-being, motivating me to help you find that same peace for your own family
